What is it for?
•     It will assist employers to meet the DDA and take advantage of resources available.
•     It is a tool to help people who find it difficult to engage or re-engage in the labour
market due to their disability or long term health difficulties.
What is it?
•     It is an electronic CV, produced onto a CD rom, in the shape of a business card.
How does it work?
•     It fits into a cd drive of a computer and loads automatically when open and is easy  to navigate.
What’s special about it?
•     It promotes ability and “can do” rather than concentrating on disability or impairment.
Who is it for?
•     It’s for the employer and the jobseeker.
•     The employer has the opportunity to “virtually meet” the jobseeker by viewing the video and will gain very important information about resources.
•     The jobseeker has the opportunity to convey all their qualities through text and video footage in a very clear and attractive format.

The information about resources such as reasonable adjustments will enable the employer to recruit disabled people without extra costs.

A visual presentation of the jobseeker helps to dispel preconceptions and stereotypical attitudes. Click here to view a sample video.
